Dr. Lilford is a dedicated medical doctor with a passion for family medicine and especially child and adolescent mental health. Graduating Cum Laude from the University of Cape Town, Dr. Lilford completed her medical internship at Paarl Provincial Hospital and a community service year at Elliot Provincial Hospital, where she developed a deep appreciation for rural and family medicine. Dr Lilford has also earned a Diploma in Mental Health through the Colleges of Medicine South Africa. Dr. Lilford combines expertise and compassion to enhance the emotional and physical well-being of patients, with a special focus on children.
